Angel In Disguise
You are an angel in disguise,
you soar though my mind
as if through the sky.
Too long have we been apart.
I hear your voice every day, yet it is from afar.
You seem
to be able to contain the darkness within me,
I don't know how you do it, just another one of your gifts.
That's why
I'm lucky to know you,
so that when I fall, you can be there to help me back up.
But feelings dwell within us.
They
seem to be evolving into something more
with each time they are brought up.
It's as if I'm doing something and knowing
it cannot be done.
